| 1973 | Founded by Silvano Rech in Elsau- Räterschen performing complete turning,- milling-, drilling work |
| 1984 | Claudio Rech entered the Company and started in Co orperation with Sulzer Medizinaltechnik AG. |
| 1985 | Started with CNC-Technologies, bought the first CNC- turning machine MORI SEIKI SL3 |
| 1989 | Change of corporate form in Family AG |
| 1993 | New building in Rümikon. Bought new machines. |
| 2002 | Extension Management system from ISO 9002 to ISO 9001:2000. |
| 2003 | First certification from management system ISO 9001: 2000 by SQS. |
| 2004 | Extension of the machinery. |
| 2005 | The machinery enfolded 20 CNC-Machines and various conventional production machines. Extension of the management system to ISO 13485:2003 |
| 2006 | New certification from Management systems ISO 9001:2000 / ISO 13485:2003 for Medizinproducts by SQS. Extension machinery with CNC-Vertical machining centre. Extension production with a new building. New ultrasonic washing machine for mechanical cleaning. |
| 2007 | Implementing of a Lasermarking- machine. Extension of the machinery with 5-axis ALZMETALL-CNC-machine .The machinery enfolded 24 CNC-Machines and various conventional production machines. |
